Krystian brings together fifteen years across hospitality, entertainment, and live events with more than a decade immersed in wellness to shape experiences that help people feel present, connected, and alive.
Two paths, one body of work
For fifteen years, I worked across hospitality, entertainment, and live events, producing everything from grand openings and national trade shows to sporting activations, wellness festivals, and intimate community gatherings.
That work taught me how environments influence emotion and behavior, how energy moves through a room, and how much intention is required to make something feel effortless.
Alongside that career, I spent more than a decade immersed in wellness. My own journey began through sobriety and a desire to understand what creates lasting change. It expanded into the study and practice of movement, nutrition, mindset, spirituality, sound, and human behavior.
Where those worlds converged
Those two worlds came together through LiveUnlmtd and the Radiance Wellness & Music Festival, which I co-founded and produced in 2023 and 2024.
Radiance became a living expression of what I had learned: wellness could shape more than the programming. It could inform the environment, the rhythm, the relationships, the creative expression, and the experience as a whole.
My contribution to WellHaus
At WellHaus, I lead experience design and program curation. I look at how people, programming, environment, flow, and story relate—and how they can come together around one coherent vision.
My work is to connect what we imagine with what people actually experience, creating space for presence, connection, and meaningful participation.
